In an initial meeting we’ll listen to your concerns and any comfort, health & safety or energy issues you have. Then we’ll conduct an energy audit of your home. We’ll do a blower door & duct leakage tests to see where conditioned air is leaking out of your house. We’ll perform a combustion safety test and use an infrared camera to find where heat is escaping (and perhaps water leaks and mold). We’ll inspect from attic to crawlspace and check for toxics that could get into the air your family breathes. Finally, we’ll enter all our data into a program that tells us the potential energy savings and how much you can save get in state and federal rebate money as well as financing..

State and Utility Energy Rebates & Financing

$9000 total in Energy rebates available; $4000 maximum from Energy Upgrade California. $5,000 in Contra Costa County. Other counties vary in rebate amounts.
